Troubleshooting Phone Issues - Paging a Phone / Getting the IP Address of a Phone Print

If you need to page a phone or obtain the IP Address of a phone for troubleshooting purposes, follow the steps below:

1. Find the base station for the phone in question. The associated phone number is printed on both the handset and the base station.

2. Press the blue button on the base station.

3. The phone should now be ringing, with its IP address displayed on the handset.
