All Aimar Machines, provided by IGEL, have an Aimar logo on it and have an associated sticker with it, usually printed on the monitor's leg or the mousemat. To log into these machines please refer to the User Guide next to the machines. There are no passwords on the machine.
Crisis-owned machines are clearly labelled and the username/password is usually printed on the computer itself. Please contact Ops Centre if these information cannot be found.
If a machine is not labelled as Aimar or Crisis machine, it is very likely to be a venue machine. Please DO NOT use these machines.
